Online appointment system is very good. Telephoning the surgery to make appointments is time consuming.
Obtaining repeat prescriptions is much quicker using the online system.
I would like the surgery to spend more time and effort on advising patients on any preventative measures and tests available to them. They don't advise very clearly when routine testing is available or desirable. Also I would prefer the results of any such tests to be communicated to the patient directly and not rely on them contacting the receptionist at the surgery to find out the results.

Service I have always recieved has been very good. Only critic is not always being able to get an appointment with the doctor you want to see. I believe being able to see the same doctor, in my case Dr. Robinson,is important as you can build a relationship and the doctor gets to know your case history.I know your notes are available for any of the doctors to see but getting to see the same doctor builds your confidence in the service.

I have always found this prctice to be very easy to work with no matter what I have had to deal with , and the practice nurses aslo are great and very informative and knowlegable

Good repeat prescripton service good. Getting an appointment not always easy.

It can be very frustrating having to phone on the day for an appointment and then being unable to get through on the phone , sometimes it is exasperating sat trying to get through then when you do to be told no appointments left try tomorrow unless it's urgent . I must say that the receptionist are much less hostile than they used to be in the last few months.
